With over 15 years of experience in user experience (UX) strategy, service design, and customer experience, I combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable insights and represent the voice of the customer.
My career has been helping businesses transform from product-centric to customer-centric and from marketing-focused to experience-focused, based on a deep understanding of the complex and evolving needs, preferences, and behaviours of end-users and the decision-makers who support them. I also focus on guiding the development of business and customer intelligence processes, tools, and skills so as to enable a more sustainable culture of data-driven decision-making.
